Do you offer international shipping?
Navigating the ever changing and incredibly complex world of international logistics and alcohol import can be incredibly daunting. Our experienced team has operated and managed small batch spirits projects in many countries around the world and are well placed to guide you through this process. If we haven't shipped to your country before we will work to source a viable route to assist with getting your bottles to you.
Can I visit your facilities?
We work with a number of dedicated facilities that understand the needs of a single cask owner. Part of the experience of owning and bottling your very own spirits is being able to see behind the curtain and visit in person. We can often arrange this with notice, though even if you cannot make it in person we can provide photos and videos for you to enjoy.
How long does the custom bottling process take?
There are a number of factors at play here that will influence the timeframe of a project. These include if you require supply of cask spirit, the intricacy of the design and number of elements and packaging, the production timelines of those elements and of course the working schedules of our bottling partners. There are a number of moving parts. A simple project can be completed in as little as 3-4 weeks, while a fully Tailored Project can take 6-12 months. As is the case with maturing spirits, perfection takes time and patience pays dividends.
What is the minimum order quantity?
As bottlers of single cask spirits ourselves, we know only too well the restriction that is often in place with short-run projects. This is why we do not have a minimum order quantity. A typical project is costed at 250-300 bottles, though smaller projects are welcomed.
How do I start a custom whisky project?
As every project is unique, the best place to start is to have a conversation with our team. This way we can build a brief of the scope of the project and share some knowledge and insight with you, allowing us to develop a better understanding of your project. We can then map a realistic timeframe and ensure every detail is considered. A discovery can often uncover some vital details that prove to be very valuable in the project development.
